I am a UX Designer working at News UK, bringing the news to every user.
I have a background in Management Consulting (ex-Deloitte Digital) and Digital Customer Experience Management (ex-Medallia).
My mission is to solve business problems through memorable design, to improve every day user experiences and deliver real-world impact.

Throughout my career I have focused on these 4 design disciplines, with experience at the heart.

Through Consulting, my focus was around the bigger strategic picture of the overall Customer Service and Experience Design.

Next, I focused more on experience perception and truly understanding what makes exceptional experiences for our users and how to get the product right.

As a Product Designer, I have found my sweet spot! I am bringing all my skills and experiences with a UX/UI focus to solve problems with creative solutions.

I love to travel! I took a sabbatical to travel around the world in 2019-2020, visiting Asia and South America. I believe when you experience different cultures, you get a deeper understanding of human behaviour, essential for human-centred design.
Not everything I do is digital! (What?!) I love sitting down with ink and nibs for a bit of modern calligraphy. I often create work for friends and family. Wedding and party stationery are my favourites! I love findings ways to be creative.
I enjoy the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of practicing Yoga. Your muscles get a workout while your brain gets a break, what could be better than that? Here's me on a yoga retreat in the mountains of Nepal.
